We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If this is not the case, we accept returns under the following conditions:
✅ Eligibility for Return
- All return requests must be made within 60 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.
- Returns requested after 60 days will not be accepted.
🔁 How to Make a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@ozyso.com within 60 days of delivery and include the following information:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)
Once your request is approved, we will provide the return address and detailed instructions.
🚚 Return Fees
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service to avoid lost packages.
- We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
💳 Refunds
- Once the return is received and inspected, you will be notified whether your refund is approved or declined.
- If approved, the refund will be issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.
- Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
❗ Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

- Perishable goods
- Personalized or custom-made orders
