We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If this is not the case, we accept returns under the following conditions:

✅ Eligibility for Return

  • All return requests must be made within 60 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.
  • Returns requested after 60 days will not be accepted.

🔁 How to Make a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@ozyso.com within 60 days of delivery and include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

Once your request is approved, we will provide the return address and detailed instructions.

🚚 Return Fees

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service to avoid lost packages.
  • We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

💳 Refunds

  • Once the return is received and inspected, you will be notified whether your refund is approved or declined.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

❗ Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Hygiene products
  • Perishable goods
  • Personalized or custom-made orders
