📦 Returns and Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If this is not the case, we accept returns under the following conditions:
✅ Eligibility for Return
All return requests must be made within 60 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.
Returns requested after 60 days will not be accepted.
🔁 How to Make a Return
To make a return, please contact us at info@ozyso.com within 60 days of delivery. Include the following information:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the product (if it is damaged or defective)
Once your request is approved, we will provide the return address and detailed instructions.
🚚 Return Fees
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service to avoid lost packages.
We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
💳 Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, you will be notified whether your refund is approved or refused.
If approved, the refund will be issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
❗ Non-Refundable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

- Perishable goods
- Personalized orders
